FAQ

How do we get our photos?

I am all about keeping things simple. When I finish editing your session, I will send you an online gallery that you can easily download the photos from.

How do we book you?

It's super simple! Just fill out the contact form on my site, email me at hello@kennabugphoto.com, or DM @kennabugphoto on Instagram with your details. I'll send you an email or DM back within 48 hrs to get to know each other! To book weddings or bigger events, I require a signed contract. After that, we chat about dates, location, and all of the details!

Do you Travel?

Yes! I am absolutely willing to travel. I take on a limited number of destination shoots/weddings each year, so please reach out in advanced to plan your date. I will send you a custom pricing based on your individual travel location and vision.

My partner doesn't like being in front of the camera. Is that okay?

That is totally fine! My couples tell me this all the time, and we always end up having so much fun. It's my job to make you both feel as comfortable as possible & I have some tricks up my sleeve to do that. I am big on giving guidance throughout the shoot and will never just leave you guys standing there not knowing what to do.

Whats your turn around time?

After a regular portrait, family, or couple's session, your photos will take within 2 weeks to arrive in your personalized online gallery. My turnaround time for engagements and bridals is 3 weeks. Weddings take from 4-6 weeks to complete. I offer a rush fee if you need your photos faster. Thank you so much in advance for being patient with me! I take my time in the editing process so that every photo you get is up to my standards.

What should we wear?

Neutrals, white, black, denims, and creams are always a good choice! But if that is not your thing, then choose something different. I want you to feel beautiful and comfortable in whatever you choose to wear. I would recommend staying away from intense patterns, neon colors, or clothing with logos/distracting graphics on them. But at the end of the day, you do you.
